IMEDGE End User Training

 

Audience IMEDGE End User training introduces users to the components of your IMEDGE solution. Hands-on practice and activities facilitate participants' transfer of knowledge and skills from the "learning" environment to the "using" environment.
Prerequisites Familiarity with basic computing concepts such as working with windows, using a mouse, and opening/saving/printing files.
Objectives Section Upon completion, participants will be able to:
  IMEDGE Overview Describe the purpose and benefits of the IMEDGE system.

Highlight the capabilities of the customer's IMEDGE system.

Describe how using IMEDGE differs from previous processes.

 

 

 

Introduction to the IMEDGE User Interface

 

Log in to IMEDGE applications.

Identify interface components (viewer, menu items, buttons, etc.).

 

  Using IMEDGE User

Scan and index a single document.

Scan, separate, and index a batch of documents.

Retrieve documents.

Import and export documents.

Edit a document index.

Perform QA tasks.

 

  Using IMEDGE Folder

Search for and open a folder.

Create a folder.

Add documents to a folder.

View and modify a folder index.

View and print a document in a folder.

Print a folder or document index.

Export a folder (index-only, or index and contents).

Fax a folder (index and contents)

 

  Using IMEDGE Web

Search for documents and folders.

View and modify a folder or document index.

View and print a document in a folder.

Print a folder or document index.
